On Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at approximately 2324 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot at E. 194th Street and Marion Avenue, within in the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed two individuals with gunshot wounds, a 31-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds about his body, and a 29-year-old female with a gunshot wound to her torso.
EMS also responded to the location and transported both victims to St. Barnabas Hospital, where the female was pronounced deceased. The male is currently listed in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 28-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at 1930 hours, within the confines of the 52nd Precinct.
