The New York Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individuals, wanted for questioning in connection to an assault (non-fatal shooting), within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx.
The following has been reported to police.
On Friday, May 22, 2020, at approximately 2217 hours, in the vicinity of University Avenue and West Fordham Road, a 15-year-old male victim was standing in front of the location, when he was approached by two unidentified individuals on a motorcycle.
The passenger on the motorcycle fired several shots, striking the victim in the leg. The individuals fled the location northbound on University to parts unknown.
EMS transported the victim to St. Barnabas in stable condition.
The individuals are described as males with a heavy build. They were last seen wearing dark colored clothing.
