On Friday, July 30, 2021, at 2250 hours, the following 39-year-old male off-duty New York City Employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 107th Precinct in Queens.

Charges:
- assault;
- act in a manner injurious to a child less than 17.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
