On Monday, September 06, 2021, at approximately 0249 hours, the following 37-year-old male off-duty City Employee was arrested within the confines of the 106^th Precinct in Queens.

Arrested:

Bisham Ramroop
NYPD Police Officer

Charges:

DWI;
DWAI;
refusal to take a breathalyzer test.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
