On Thursday, December 17, 2020, at 0013 hours, the following 40-year-old male off-duty New York City Employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 7th Precinct in Manhattan.

Charges:
- assault;
- robbery;
- harassment;
- unlawful transfer assault weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
