On Wednesday, December 02, 2020, at approximately 1941 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot inside of 1000 Grand Concourse, within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed an unconscious and unresponsive 32-year-old male with gunshot wounds to the lower back and torso.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 25-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at 1400 hours, within the confines of the 44th Precinct.

- murder;
- manslaughter
- criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm.
The investigation remains ongoing.
