On Friday, October 29, 2021, at approximately 1538 hours, the following 33-year-old female off-duty New York City Employee was arrested within the confines of the 112^th Precinct in Queens.

Details are as follows.

Arrested:

Melissa Goldschlager
New York City Department of Education Teacher

Charges:

assault

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
