On Thursday, September 19, 2024, at approximately 1756 hours, the following 34-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 45th Precinct in the Bronx.

Charges:
- assault in the 3rd degree.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
