On Sunday, January 01, 2023, at 1158 hours, the following 76-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 122nd Precinct in Queens.

Charges:
- menacing;
- criminal possession of a weapon;
- criminal impersonation of a police officer.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
