Take notice that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action. The nature of the relief sought is as follows: monetary damages stemming from unpaid assessments and fees rendered against real property owned by Defendant located at Lot 59 Southpoint Neighborhood of Uwharrie Point Subdivision in Montgomery County, North Carolina (the “Property”) and the enforcement of a claim of lien against the Property. You are required to make a defense to such pleading not later than December 24, 2013, the said date being 40 days from the first publication of this notice. Upon your failure to do so, the party seeking service against you will apply to the court of the relief sought.
