THE COURT ORDERS that notice be given to the the party to be notified by placing a legal notice in The Bronx Times, a newspaper circulating in Bronx, NY containing a true and attested copy of this Order of Notice in Family Cases, Summons Family Actions, Divorce Complaint Motion for Order of Notice in Family Cases, and Notice of Automatic Court Orders, Summary of Automatic Court Orders in the case as required by section 25-5 of the Connecticut Practice Book and are a part of the Complaint/Application on file with the Court.
The notice should appear once a week for two successive weeks commencing on or before April 30, 2015 and proof of service shall be filed with this Court.
