Notice is hereby given, pursuant to law, that the NYC Department Of Consumer Affairs will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at 66 John Street, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10038 on a petition for Dale Restaurant, Inc. to continue to maintain, and operate an enclosed sidewalk café for a term of 2 (two) years.
The café is located at 189 West 231st Street in the Borough of Bronx, NY 10463.
