On Thursday, October 03, 2019, at approximately 0700 hours, police responded to a 911 call for an assault in the vicinity of 533 Ellsworth Avenue confines 45 precinct in Bronx.
Upon arrival they discovered a 58-year-old female unconscious and unresponsive with multiple lacerations.
EMS responded and removed the victim to Jacobi hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There are no arrests.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
