The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached image in connection to a public lewdness incident that occurred within the confines of the 46 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Friday, April 20, 2018, at approximately 03:30 p.m., inside of a residential building on Davidson Avenue, the individual encountered the 13-year-old female victim within the stairwell area, told her to come closer to him, and exposed his genitals to her. The female victim retreated and exited the building, with the male individual doing so shortly thereafter, and fleeing the location on foot. There were no injuries incurred as a result of this incident.
The individual is described as a male black, 20’s-30 years-old, 5’8″ to 6’0″, with a scar on his right cheek. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater, black sweatpants, multi-colored sneakers and carrying a white shopping bag.
