On Friday, May 01, 2020, at approximately 2355 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an unconscious infant inside of 2140 Seward Avenue, Apt. 1G (Castle Hill Houses), within the confines of the 43rd Precinct / PSA 8 in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 5-month-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with no obvious signs of trauma.
EMS responded to the location and transported the aided child to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi, where he was pronounced deceased.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
