On Saturday, January 18, 2020, at approximately 2152 hours, on the corner of Grand Concourse and 202nd Street, within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx, a 25-year-old male victim was at the location, when an unidentified male demanded his property.
The victim refused and male produced a firearm, shooting the victim in the back.
The male fled in unknown direction.
The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the back and was removed to St. Barnabas Hospital in serious but stable condition.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following 20-year-old male individual was arrested on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at 1108 hours.

- reckless endangerment;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
