On Thursday, June 21, 2018, at approximately 0944 hours, police responded to a 911 call of multiple people, shot in the vicinity of Castle Hill Avenue and Randall Avenue, within the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers encountered two 33-year-old males with gunshot wounds to the head and a 45-year-old female with a gunshot wound to the torso.
EMS also responded to the scene and transported the victims to Jacobi Medical Center, where all three were pronounced deceased.
The preliminary investigation determined that an unknown individual fired several shots in front of 620 Castle Hill Avenue and hit all three victims.
The individual, described as a dark-skinned male, who wore dark colored clothing, then fled the scene on foot southbound on Castle Hill Avenue towards Randall Avenue.
Following proper family notification, the victims have been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
