On Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at 2340 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an assault in progress in front of 526 E. 183 Street, within the confines of the 48th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers were informed that a 15-year-old male was involved in a dispute with a group of males in front of the location, prior to being stabbed in the neck. The suspects fled the location and the victim ran to St. Barnabus Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
