On Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at approximately 1618 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an unconscious infant inside of 1330 Webster Avenue, Apt. 2H, within the confines on the 42 Precinct in Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 1-month-old female unconscious and unresponsive.
EMS also responded and transported the infant to Bronx Lebanon Hospital where she was pronounced deceased.

Bronx, NY 10456
There are no arrests as of this time.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
