The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached photograph and wanted for questioning in connection to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
The following was reported to the police.
On Sunday, February 24, 2020, at approximately 1755 hours, inside of a moving Bx21 MTA bus traveling northbound on 3rd Avenue, the unidentified male stood behind the 28-year-old female victim and rubbed his exposed private parts on her buttocks.
The victim confronted him about the sexual misconduct and he walked off the bus at a stop in the vicinity of 3rd Avenue and E. 158th Street.
