The New York City Police Department is seeking the public s assistance in identifying the individual and vehicle, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who are wanted in connection to an assault, which occurred within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.
The following has been reported to police.
On Sunday, January 16, 2022, at approximately 1509 hours, in front of 1017 Leggett Avenue, a 30-year-old male individual got into a verbal dispute with an unknown male individual, which escalated into a physical confrontation.
During the course of the two males physically fighting, a third unknown male exited a nearby white SUV, produced a knife and slashed the 30-year-old male in the face, causing a laceration and bleeding.
The two unknown males entered the parked white SUV and fled the location in an unknown direction.
EMS responded and transported the victim to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition, where he was treated for his injuries.
The male with the knife is described as an adult male, approximately in his 30s, Black, last seen wearing a red hoodie and dark clothing.
