On Wednesday, May 20, 2020, at approximately 0229 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in the vicinity of E. 125th Street and 3rd Avenue, within the confines of the 25th Precinct in Manhattan.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 32-year-old male lying on the ground, with a gunshot wound to the chest, in front of 200 E. 125 Street.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Harlem, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 25-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Tuesday, August 04, 2020, at 0910 hours, within the confines of the 25th Precinct.
