It was reported to police that on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at approximately 0630 hours, in the vicinity of Sherman Avenue and W. 204th Street, within the confines of the 32nd Precinctin Manhattan, two unidentified individuals approached a 28-year-old male, as he sat in his vehicle, displayed a firearm and forcibly removed his jewelry.
Individual # 1 fired at the victim, striking him about the body.
EMS transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Harlem, where he was pronounced deceased.
The individuals fled the location to parts unknown.
Individual # 1 is described as a male, dark complexion, approximately 5’08” tall, weighing 180 lbs., with a medium build.
He was last seen wearing gray sweat shirt, gray sweat pants and black shoes.
Individual # 2 is described as a male in his early twenties, with with dark complexion, approximately 5’08” tall, weighing 160 lbs., with a slender build.
He was last seen wearing white long sleeve shirt, black sweat pants and black baseball hat.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following individuals have been arrested and charged within the confines of the 34th Precinct.
On Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at 1530 hours, the following 24-year-old female was arrested and charged.

On Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 1200 hours, the following 27-year-old male was arrested and charged.

The investigation remains ongoing.
