On Sunday, July 26, 2020, at approximately 0138 hours, police responded a 911 call for an unconscious aided female inside of 2575 Jerome Avenue, 3rd floor hallway, in the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers discovered an unconscious and unidentified female, approximately 25-35-years in age, with a stab wound to the chest.
The victim was transported by EMS to St. Barnabas hospital, where she was pronounced deceased at 0222 hours.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an individual, wanted for questioning in connection to the above-listed homicide.
The individual is described as a male, Black, last seen wearing white t-shirt and dark pants.
