On Thursday, September 10, 2020, at approximately 1642 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in front of 1705 Hoe Avenue, within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 17-year-old male, unconscious with a gunshot wound to the head.
EMS responded and transported the male to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
