On Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at approximately 2313 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot at 1264 Sheridan Avenue, within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 32-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the right leg. Officers learned that the male was shot, along with another male, inside of 192 E. 167th Street, a tobacco shop.
A 23-year-old male was discovered inside that location, unconscious and unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to the head.
EMS responded and pronounced the 23-year-old male deceased at the scene.
The 32-year-old male was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, via EMS, in stable condition.
