The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance locating the female in the attached photo who resides in the confines of the 61st Precinct in Brooklyn.

It was reported to police that Puicheung Tse was last seen leaving her residence on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at 1400 hours.
She is described as a 45-year-old female, Asian, 5’4″, 160 lbs., with a light skin complexion and medium build.
She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants and white sneakers.
