On Monday, June 15, 2020, at approximately 0020 hours, in the vicinity of the New England Throughway and Hutchinson Avenue, near exit 6, in the confines of the 45th Precinct in the Bronx, Police responded to a 911 call for an aided individual at the location.
Upon arrival Police discovered an unconscious and unidentified male victim with burn injuries.
EMS responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 26-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Tuesday, September 22, 2020, at 1200 hours, within the confines of the 45th Precinct.

Charges:
- murder;
- manslaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon;
- concealment of a human corpse.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
