The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a the following person (silver alert), who was reported missing from within the confines of the 5th Precinct in Manhattan.
Details are as follows.
Missing:
Kai Chu Lee
68 Bayard Street
Manhattan, NY 10013
It has been reported to police that Kai Chu Lee was last seen on Saturday, October 09, 2021, at approximately 1130 hours, inside Union Square, within the confines of the 13th Precinct in Manhattan.
The missing is described as a 73-year-old male, Asian.
He was last seen wearing a dark blue sweater, dark green khakis, and black crocs.
The missing was also carrying a white bag and a red bag with birds on it. The missing only speaks Cantonese.
