The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the 15-year-old and 16-year-old siblings, who reside within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.

The details are as follows.

870 Rosedale Avenue, Apt. 6D
Bronx, NY 10473

It was reported to police that Juwel Flowers, 15 and Diamond Flowers, 16 were last seen leaving their residence located at 870 Rosedale Avenue, in the confines of the 43rd Precinct, on October 27, 2020, at approximately 2300 hours.

One sibling is described as a 15-year-old male, Black, approximately 5’9” tall, weighing 180 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.

The second sibling is described as a 16-year-old female, Black, approximately 5’7” tall, weighing 250 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.

Unknown clothing descriptions.
