On Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at 0328 hours, the following 37-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 115th Precinct in Queens.

NYC Department Of Correction Captain
Charges:
- driving while intoxicated;
- failed to use designated lane;
- driving while ability impaired by alcohol;
- operating a motor vehicle .08 of 1% alcohol.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
