On Thursday, October 22, 2020, at approximately 2250 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in front of 439 E. 154th Street, within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed an unidentified male, unconscious and unresponsive, with multiple gunshot wounds about the body.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 41-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at 1005 hours, within the confines of the 40th Precinct.
Bronx, NY 10456
- criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm (2 counts).
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
