On Friday, June 19, 2021, at 2230 hours, the following 50-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.
NYC Department of Transportation employee (bricklayer)
- criminal sex act: victim less than 13 years old (2 counts);
- sex abuse: victim under 13 years old (2 counts);
- acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 years old (2 counts).
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
