The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following missing female who resides within the confines of the 43 Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

Missing:

Joelle Turner
1105 Boynton Avenue, Apt. 2H
Bronx, NY 10472

It was reported to the police that Joelle Turner was last seen Sunday, September 15, 2019 at 2200 hours leaving her residence. She is described as being approximately 5’2″ tall, weighing 200 lbs., with a heavy build, black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black Nike hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black Uggs slippers.
