The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 13th Precinct in Manhattan.

Details are as follows.

Missing:

Jerzy Sulek
14 E. 28th Street
Manhattan, NY 10016

It was reported to police that Jerzy Sulek was last seen on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at his residence, at approximately 1700 hours.

The missing is described as an 84-year-old male male, White, approximately 5’08” tall, weighing 180 lbs., with a thin build, blue eyes and gray hair.

He was last seen wearing a dark gray jacket, black shorts over tan pants, and brown sneakers; carrying a green shopping bag.
