The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following female reported missing from within the confines of the 13th Precinct in Manhattan.

Details are as follows.


Hope Kessler

Manhattan, NY 10003

It was reported to police that Hope Kessler was last seen Tuesday, April 21, 2020, at approximately 0715 hours leaving her residence.

The missing is described as a 12-year-old female, Hispanic, being 4’10” tall, weighing 130 lbs., with brown eyes, black hair and a medium build.

She was last seen wearing a black bandana, white shirt, dark pants and blue slippers.
