On Friday, September 25, 2020, at 1815 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an unconscious infant in a residential apartment at 1001 Findlay Avenue, in the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers conferred with FDNY personnel, who were administering CPR to a 1-month-old male.
EMS transported the 1-month-old male to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
