The workshop will be facilitated by Dahiana Genao, TD Bank’s Mortgage Loan Officer. Dahiana began working at TD Bank in 2010 as a part-time teller, working her way up to her current position as the bank’s Community Mortgage Loan Officer. Her primary focus is to educate low to moderate income borrowers on such topics as establishing credit, access to subordinate financing (down payment assistance programs) and becoming a first-time homebuyer.
