Help Locate Suspect In Bronx Grand Larceny

The NYPD has asked the public for help in locating and identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a grad larceny that took place in Bronx.

At 3:20 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2014, a man followed a 60-year-old woman along the street near East 182nd Street and Valentine Avenue. He approached her from behind, grabbed her shoulder, removed her pocketbook and snatched her smartphone, according to police.

The suspect then fled northbound on the Grand Concourse. He was accompanied by a female who has been called a person of interest in the incident.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, wearing a black jacket with red sleeves with the letter ‘A’ on it.
