The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who are wanted connection to an attempted robbery and an assault, which occurred in transit, within the confines of the 41st Precinct / Transit District 12 in the Bronx.
The following has been reported to police.
On Monday, December 13, 2021, at approximately 2045 hours, on a northbound 5 train approaching the Simpson Street subway station, three (3) unknown male suspects approached the 22-year-old male victim, demanded his property and punched him in the face.
The suspects exited the transit system at the Simpson Street subway station without removing any property.
The victim was treated by EMS.
