On Saturday, January 23, 2021, at approximately 1927 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot inside of 675 Lincoln Avenue, within the confines of the 75th Precinct in Brooklyn.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 41-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the jaw.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to Brookdale Hospital, in critical condition.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, on Friday, February 05, 2021, within the confines of the 75th Precinct, the following 40-year-old male individual had been arrested and charged.

- attempted murder;
- criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm.
The victim succumbed to his injuries on Friday, August 13, 2021, at Centilena Hospital in Inglewood, CA.
The incident has been deemed a homicide.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.
