Joshua & Ernest Slade, 26 & 34, Arrested For The Murder Of Jesse Christie, 29

On Sunday, February 09, 2020, at approximately 0227 hours, police responded to a 911 call of male shot in front of 360 E. 137 Street within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

Upon arrival, police discovered a 29-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the chest.

EMS responded and transported the male to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln where he was pronounced deceased.

Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 26-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Saturday, March 07, 2020, at 1800 hours, within the confines of the 40 Precinct in the Bronx.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 34-year-old male individual was also arrested in regard to the above-listed homicide on Thursday, June 18, 2020, at 1730 hours, within the confines of the 40 Precinct.

The investigation remains ongoing.
