The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male, seen in the attached surveillance photograph, who is sought in connection with an assault, which occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at 2200 hours, in front of Yankee Stadium, located at 1 E. 161st Street, the victim, a 20-year-old male, who had exited the stadium, was approached by an unidentified male, who punched him in the head and fled on foot.
The victim fell to the ground, struck his head on the ground, and was rendered semi-conscious.
EMS transported the unidentified male in critical, but stable condition to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln.
