The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the two unidentified males, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who are wanted in connection with an attempted robbery, which occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Sunday, June 13, 2021, at 2030 hours, inside of Joyena Asucion,located at 108 E. 167th Street, two unidentified males entered and engaged the victim, a 45-year-old male store clerk.

Unidentified Male #1 simulated a knife in his jacket and demanded a chain, that was on display.

The victim did not comply and the unidentified males fled the location.

No property was removed, and the victim was not injured.
