The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the male in the attached photograph, who is wanted for questioning in connection to an assault, that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct / Transit District 12 in Bronx.
The following was reported to the police.
On Thursday, January 23, 2020, at approximately 1035 hours, the male approached a 25-year-old male victim inside of a southbound “6” train approaching the Cypress Avenue subway station. The male proceeded to punch the victim multiple times in the face. The victim detrained at the station and fled and the male remained on the southbound train.
The victim refused medical attention at the scene.
