The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip and photograph, who is wanted for questioning in regards to an assault, that occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at approximately 1730 hours, in front of 960 Tinton Avenue, a 30-year-old male victim was approached by an unknown individual; the individual displayed a black firearm and shot the victim in the torso, before fleeing the scene on foot in an unknown direction.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he remains listed in critical condition.
The individual is described as a male, 20- to 30-years-old, dark complexion, thin build and a full beard. He was last seen wearing a black and red baseball cap, a white hooded sweatshirt with a Nike logo on the front, blue jeans and multi-colored sneakers.
