The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the in the attached photos wanted for questioning in regard to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 42 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Monday, April 1, 2019 at approximately 2200 hours, in the vicinity of 163 Street and Trinity Avenue, a 44-year-old victim was leaving his apartment in a residential building on the 7th floor when he was confronted by four unidentified males. During the confrontation, the victim was shot one time in the head before the males fled in an unknown direction.
The victim was removed by EMS to an area hospital in stable condition.
The persons wanted for questioning are described as follows:
