The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who are wanted in connection to an assault pattern, which occurred within the confines of the 47th Precinct / Transit District 12 in the Bronx.
The following has been reported to police:
01. On Wednesday, November 03, 2021, at approximately 2250 hours, the individuals approached the 73-year-old male employee of a fruit stand, located in front of 3764 White Plains Road and, while recording on a cellphone, shot the victim in the face with a BB gun, before fleeing.
The victim sustained a laceration to the face and was removed by EMS to Jacobi Hospital in stable condition.
02. On Monday, November 08, 2021 at approximately 2100 hours, the individuals approached the 37-year-old male MTA train conductor on the southbound 2 train platform of the E. 219th Street subway station. The individuals proceeded to shoot the victim in the face with a BB gun through the open window of the stationary 2 train, before fleeing the station.
The victim sustained a laceration to the face and was removed by EMS to St. Barnabas Hospital.
