The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who are wanted for questioning in connection to an assault, which occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
The following has been reported to police.
On Thursday, December 16, 2021, at approximately 1120 hours, in front of 520 E. 149th Street, one of the individuals discharged a firearm, striking the 26-year-old female victim the right leg.
EMS responded and transported the victim to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.
The individuals, an adult male and an adult female, Black, fled on foot.
