The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individuals in connection to an assault within the confines of the 44 Precinct in Bronx.
The following has been reported to police.
On September 30, 2019 at approximately 0048 hours, the individuals approached the 56 year-old male and asked him for money in the vicinity of West 169 Street and Ogden Avenue. The victim voluntarily gave the individuals $2 in cash and walked away. The individuals proceeded to follow the victim and physically assault him. The individuals removed $1,300 in cash from the victim and fled.
The victim was treated on scene for abrasions on his face and elbows.
The individuals are described as follows:
Suspect #1: Male, Black, wearing black hoodie with white Nike logo, black jeans, black sneakers, and a black baseball cap.
Suspect #2: Male, Black, wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, a black and gray backpack, and white Nike sneakers.
